Harbin Institute of Technology, Heilongjiang Gongda Huagong Motor Technology Co., Ltd. and Qizhong CNC Equipment Co., Ltd. jointly signed a strategic cooperation agreement at Harbin Institute of Technology. The three parties will join forces to jointly tackle the industrialization of torque motors for large heavy-duty machine tools. After the successful development of the project, it will be another revolution of the traditional machine tool industry in China. This cooperative R&D will greatly improve the green manufacturing level of China's machine tool industry.

According to reports, the three parties have integrated resources such as equipment manufacturing technology, manpower and information advantages among universities, manufacturers and user units. The strategic cooperation aims to jointly develop the super-large torque motor for heavy-duty CNC machine tools and large-size high-precision sensors through the combination of production, learning, research and use, with Qizhong CNC as the product carrier and with the support of Gongda Huagong Motor. Relevant design, manufacturing and control of core technologies, comprehensive technical indicators and reliability to reach the level of international similar products. Through cooperative development, the three parties will completely change the traditional transmission mode of the machine tool, adopt the direct drive technology to achieve zero transmission, use the soft mechanical characteristics of the torque motor and the high-precision inductive synchronizer with large aperture and high precision to change the traditional transmission mode and replace it. The working mode of servo motor + worm gear or servo motor + gear box directly drives the turntable of the rolling and gear grinding machine and the turning table of the vertical car, and finally achieves the problem of breaking the machining precision of heavy-duty CNC machine tools.
